Olive is also Managing Director of Kinkey Modelling and Talent Agency. She has grown the agency over five years to become a market leader in Kenya. Kinkey Modelling & Talent Agency not only promotes top quality models for fashion shows, editorial and advertising work for clients such as The Sarova Group of Hotels, Mango, Zara, Wananchi Oline, Fa, Samantha Bridal among others, but also provides fashion show production (including choreography and backstage management) for clients such as Tribe Hotel, the Festival for African Fashion and Arts (FAFA), and the African Clothing and Textiles Interntional Federation - ACTIF/USAID partnership.

A strong believer in career growth and development, Olive has further expanded into image consulting, where she offers individual consultations and corporate workshops on professional image, body language and personal branding to empower business people move beyond image barriers, self-imposed or otherwise, and realise their ultimate goals.
